Jesschek is a Canadian Health & Wellness store (and a little more) that was founded by Paul Horachek and Lee Ann Jessop. Originally inspired by the learnings from nutrition courses taken at university, we have adapted a wholistic approach to healthy living through the food we eat and our active lifestyle. Since then we embarked on a journey to continue to learn and understand the important role nutrition plays in our health and well being. It became clear that understanding not only what is in our food but also what is missing are mutually important.
